As humans we are drawn to balance, kindness and mindfulness. The spaces we create physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually are a reflection of our innate desire to be present, calm and at peace with ourselves and others. Sometimes our attention gets taken off that path. 

Mindfulness Spaces offers services to redirect this attention and reconnect with our innate desire. Whether you join a class, book a course or workshop, keynote or receive coaching and consultancy services, scientific knowledge and ancient wisdom support services.

Eastern and indigenous practices are our tools to unlock inner resources: yoga, meditation, breathwork (pranayama), qigong, motivational coaching, lifestyle medicine, behaviour change theory and positive psychology. Most importantly the person is at the centre of everything we do.

Mind-body therapy focuses on pain management, weight management and strengthening body and mind in particular after life changing events (e.g. pregnancy). We work with clients who have been diagnosed with irritable bowl syndrome, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, endometriosis, adenomyosis, Psoc and chronic back pain.
