Coaching for Children 12+

  • Every child is wonderfully unique, and this is at the heart of everything I do. My mindfulness coaching for children centers on gentle relaxation techniques, including breath work and mindful movement, helping them connect with their bodies. These practices are especially helpful for managing conditions like ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and stress – whether at school or at home. Together, we find what suits each child best and create personalised strategies to support their well-being.

    To make it easier to keep up the practice between sessions, I often record these strategies for use at home. I’ve had great success working with teenagers to ease exam stress and anxiety, and I warmly welcome children with ASD and ADHD.

    Sessions for young people aged 12 to 18 last 45 minutes and are priced at £60.

    For your peace of mind, I am enhanced DBS checked and fully insured by Balens.

Coaching Process & Approach
