You might have thought to give yoga a go but felt unsure what to expect, or a bit anxious to join a class. This is understandable and you are not alone.
This course is designed to support you to connect with yoga in a way that suits you. The course is aimed at anyone who is new to yoga and would to like to learn more about yoga including poses, alignment of movement and breath and benefits of yoga for body and mind.
There are many benefits of yoga at a physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual level. below are some of the benefits you can expect to experience.

In addition yoga has been found to be beneficial to address health conditions
research shows that regular yoga practice reduces inflammation, lessens fibromyalgia pain, chronic fatigue and Bs symptoms, anxiety and depression.
the above happens because regular yoga stimulates the various systems in the body to work more effectively (e.g. nervous system, digestive system, cardio vascular, respiratory system).
Over three weeks you will learn how to
connect with body and mind.
explore which poses work for your body and mind, so you can support you body.
become familiar with the fundamentals of yoga and the yoga language.
Upon completion of the course you will receive a certificate of completion and you will be able to
follow yoga teacher instructions in person or online.
do short yoga practices on your own comfortably.
participate in classes in person or online with confidence.
support your body and mind and live more mindfully.
What to bring and wear
you can bring your own yoga mat or borrow one. please let christine know if you need to borrow one.
comfortable stretchy clothing and water bottle
you can bring a pillow and a blanket but there will also be some available to borrow.
any other equipment will be provided e.g. blocks or bands
Time and Dates:
the course takes place in march over three weeks 10 / 17 / 24 of March 2025. each week build on the next. after the three weeks participants are invited to join the regular Monday yoga class offered by feel complete.uk at Yateley industries.
Venue: the course takes place at Yateley industries, mill lane, Gu46 7TF just before the regular yoga class. each session is 45 minutes long.
Cost: the cost for joining the course is £30 for all three weeks.
Group size: maximum of 10 participants.
