Take time for you! Join me on Monday’s to connect to yourself. I use a combination of yoga, qi gong, breathwork and different styles of yoga power Yoga, vinyasa, hatha (don’t worry you don’t need to be strong or flexible!). Any pose can be modified so you can find what feels good for you and your body. The session is dynamic and we often build up some heat (tapas) in the body. Some might say it is a full body work out. this class suitable for beginners with good mobility and anyone who would like to explore yoga. Please register and pre-pay in order to attend.
