The alignment of mind and breath has been found to have a positive impact on our wellbeing and ability to manage stress and resilience. Research confirms its benefits for reducing anxiety and managing pain.
The session is suitable for beginners and anyone who would like to explore meditation and breath work. The class follows the yoga class before so why not do both! Please register and pre-pay in order to attend and make sure you read T&C for cancellation.
Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow and water bottle. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact me.
