Restorative Yin Yoga

Release tension, reduce stress, and truly relax with Restorative Yoga—a gentle yet profoundly healing practice that deepens your connection between body and mind. This style of yoga blends the calming elements of restorative poses with the slow, deliberate stretches of yin yoga. We hold each pose longer, allowing the deep tissues to release much like a deep tissue massage, leaving you feeling gently stretched, soft, and renewed.

The sessions are intentionally quiet, with minimal instruction, inviting you to focus deeply on your sensations and inner experience. It’s a beautiful space to explore the dialogue between your body, emotions, and breath, fostering a mindful connection with yourself. Props such as pillows, blocks, and blankets support your body fully, enhancing comfort and ease throughout the practice.

Many describe this practice as meditative, reflective, and even spiritual, creating a sanctuary for inward awareness and relaxation.

Join us every second and fourth Monday of the month to restore your connection with self.

Cost: £8.50 per session, pay as you go.
