Class | Meditation & Breath Work 45 min
Quiet your mind! Every Monday I offer a 45 min meditation class. I use a combination of different meditation techniques and approach, which you can also use at home. The session is suitable for beginners and anyone who would like to explore meditation. The class follows the yoga class before so why not do both! It is a pay as you go class but you have to register and pre-pay in order to attend. Please make sure you read T&C for cancellation.

Class | Dynamic Yoga Flow 60 min
Dynamic yoga flow is an intermediate class where we flow in alignment with the breath and ignite our inner fire, power, and strength at physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Good level of mobility is required for this class.


RETREAT Breathe with Life
Breathe with Life is about discovering and rekindling the relationship with our breath. We often don't think about the breath or the way we breathe. It just happens and yet the breath has so much power. It regulates and impacts all our bodily functions and systems from our nervous system, to the digestive system even hormone release. The retreat is designed to help you understand and learn about the power of your breath and to breathe with life so you can feel at ease, relaxed and manage any kind of situation. we learn to use the breath as a communication tool between our internal and external world. for instance when you feel anxious and your chest tightens you know how to use the breath to release the tension and let go of anxiety.
if you have already done my three week ‘introduction to breath work course’ this retreat might refresh your relationship or deepen it. we will cover similar topics and go deeper. if you are new to breath work this retreat will change your relationship with your breath so you can use its power when you need to.

Retreat tools and suitability
The retreat includes a combination of meditation, moving meditation, breath work and yin yoga. You should be comfortable moving gently and slowly on the floor (both front and back) or sitting on a cushion or chair (adjustments can be made). Breath work will include both hypo and hyper ventilation techniques. Therefore the retreat is not suitable for participants with serious breathing conditions, or who have had heart, stomach or brain surgeries recently (Cesarean is fine) or are on heart medication. Course - Introduction to Breathwork
The breath is unique to each of us. We sound differently, we breathe differently and we are often not aware of how the breath affects our day to day our emotional, mental and physical states of being.
Over three weeks you will learn about the wonders of the breath and establish a new relationship with your breath. We will cover anatomy of the breath, different techniques to address stress, trauma and other life challenges and you will design your unique practice.
