Lets flow! This class is an intermediate yoga class and some experience of yoga as well as a good level of fitness are required. If you have practice online or in-person elsewhere give it a go. This class is offered every first and third Monday of the month. I use a combination of yoga, qi gong, breathwork and different styles of yoga power Yoga, vinyasa, hatha (don’t worry you don’t need to be strong or flexible!). Any pose can be modified so you can find what feels good for you and your body. The session is dynamic and we often build up some heat (tapas) in the body. Some might say it is a full body work out.
