Let’s flow! This is an intermediate yoga class designed for those with some yoga experience or those who have attended my introduction to yoga course. Whether you’ve practiced yoga online or in person elsewhere, this class is a great way to deepen your practice.
New to Yoga
If you’re new to yoga, consider starting with my Introduction to Yoga courses, offered twice a year, or feel free to email me for more information or a quick chat.
Class schedule
Classes take place every first and third Monday of the month. The sessions blend yoga, qi gong, breathwork, and various styles such as Power Yoga, Vinyasa, and Hatha. Don’t worry—you don’t need to be super strong or flexible! Every pose can be modified to suit your body and what feels right for you.
Expect a dynamic session that builds some internal heat (tapas) in the body—many say it feels like a full-body workout.
