Gentle Somatic Yoga Flow – 60 Minutes
Awaken your body and energise your spirit with this 60-minute gentle somatic yoga flow. Each week we’ll explore different aspects of the body through dynamic yet accessible asanas and fluid movement, bringing attention to how it feels from within. By listening deeply and moving with awareness, you’ll boost mobility, release stiffness, and reconnect with your natural vitality. Every class is an opportunity to discover new freedom in movement, enhance balance, and leave feeling refreshed, open, and empowered. All levels welcome.

New to Yoga

If you’re new to yoga, consider starting with my Introduction to Yoga courses, offered twice a year, or feel free to email me for more information or a quick chat if this class is suitable for you.

Class schedule

Classes take place every first and third Monday of the month. The sessions blend yoga, qi gong, breathwork, and various styles of yoga such as Power Yoga, Vinyasa, and Hatha. Don’t worry—you don’t need to be super strong or flexible! Every pose can be modified to suit your body and what feels right for you.

Expect a dynamic but gentle session that builds some internal heat (tapas) in the body—many say it feels like a full-body workout even though we move gently with awareness.
