Classes are pay as you go, suitable for beginners with good mobility and take place regularly.
Retreats may focus on particular topics and combine meditation, yoga, breath work, qigong, journaling, lifestyle medicine, art and coaching. Retreats are usually held at Mindfulness Spaces home. Have a look at the retreat gallery.
Courses are offered over 3-5 weeks to help developing new skills and change habits. Please read the description and t&c’s carefully or get in touch if you have questions.

Class | Restorative Yoga 60 min
Restorative yoga is a great way to connect with body and mind at a deep level. Restorative yoga requires less effort and I also use yin yoga elements so where we hold poses for longer and go into the deep tissue. It is like a deep tissue massage and you feel stretched and soft in the end. we will use probs such as pillows, blocks, blanket and bands. It is a meditative and reflective. During the poses there is less talk and the focus is more on sensations and the experience itself, the connection between body and emotions, sensations and communication with self.
Come and join me every third Monday of the month and restore your connection with self.
COST: pay as you go, £7 a session.
